About Us

We started Skaterground because finding a good skatepark shouldn’t mean scrolling through outdated Yelp reviews or a Facebook group from 2014. Whether you’re rolling into a new city or just want to check what’s actually at the park down the street, we built this to be the place you check first — real info on features, surface type, rules, and what’s nearby, all in one spot.

Every park on here comes with the details that actually matter when you’re planning a session: is it street or transition, bowls or ledges, parking situation, food joints all of it. We pull in photos and maps too, so you’re not showing up blind to a park that turns out to be three rusted rails behind a Walmart (no offense to those parks, we love those too).

This is a work in progress and it always will be — new parks pop up, old ones get renovated or torn down, and we’re constantly updating to keep things accurate. If you spot something off or know a park we’re missing, we’d love to hear about it. This directory’s for skaters, built by people who actually care about the scene.
